they may be half the price but they only go half as fast a traxxas rustler out the box on 3 s lipo will do around 70 mph and they like having there fron wheels up in the air

damn, im all for a good time with r/c's but these guys are too cheap. if i was anyone looking at one of these, id drop the extra 100 for a traxxas, and know my car is reliable. you get what you buy at traxxas, no doubt about that.....just not a fan of their nitros.

people dont by this, i got the monster truck one and it had so many problems. when i drove it in the skate park the dogbones got bent i was NOT doing giant jumps either. imagine how many parts would break with a brushless system. i was only driving the car with only 3 dogbones. also when i hit the no dogbone part andthe wheel holders broke off if your thinking about getting this rc dont buyit because your just going to replace parts 10X more than you have to. im going to buy traxxas rustler xl 5

the smaller rc like 1/16 and 1/24 tend to be more jumpy during a jump

unlike bigger like 1/10 and up

seems like it lasts a big longer

@16MEDIA16 The brushless motors go as fast as 35-40mph. The brushed versions goes about 25-30mph. Hope that helped! -cn

Is it better to go with a small 1/16 or a larger 1/8 scale? Also how are your buggies compared to traxxas?

@16MEDIA16 That is to your personal preference and also, we would recommend something on the larger scale such as the 1/8th scale because if you do need parts for the car, it will be easier to fix. These buggies are great, and for half the price? Nothing can beat that! -cn

issue is that truck runs about 900 bucks with everything not to mention lipos generally need to be replaced every few months parts are expensive i had a revo  damn thing cost alot to keep up but it was only the 2.5r nice truck but its in my closet now since econamy has crapped out
