How to clean a Speckled Trout

it doesn't hurt ha ha ha. nice job though. probably was "out of it" in any case. I've seen people cut up fish on the boat immediately to obtain sashimi right there on the boat. Hell I know I guy he always brings sauce and a cutting board everytime he goes offshore....
