Honda's rule! If I ever won the lottery. My main car would be Honda Accord. Most reliable. I've always owned a honda. And, would die with one as well. Best car on the planet! Most reliable
Honda production designers and engineers are quite the auto quality fetish people. Honda as a company I tend to see as the most nerdy car company out there, and that is not meant as an insult either but rather a compliment to their details.
Nice video thanks! I have had a 2000 Honda Accord ex-l since now and now have 185,000 miles on it and drive it everyday to work 50 miles round trip. I have had to do a couple of expensive repairs last year and thought it was time to buy I new car. I choose the 2010 Accord EX-L and love it. I waited until 2011 to get the best deal on a 2010.
I had some issues with the seats but figured it out because I am 6 ft and my wife is 5.4 ft. just made some adjustments and it is fine.
Hey There, Just wanted to stop by real fast & say you make some extremely knowledgeable videos. You do great work, in such detail too! make it very easy to understand. You almost remind me of my 11th grade teacher lol Keep up the good work Doggo & I'll b looking forward to seeing your future videos. Have a good one :)
@Vachowski I love them, just did a 10 hour drive..I have no complaints. They are firm but I like them that way, plus they look nice, I maybe do wish my arm could reach the window like in my Jeep.
Absolutely the nicest car, for the money. V6 6 speed and Navi would be nice. I want white but I don't know what interior color choices you get in leather.
If was able to afford both the Honda and BMW, I would get the Honda over the BMW any day of the week. Honda easier to maintain and less expensive to. Honda's will last for ever!!
own a 2010 black one and agree with the whole quality thing. That's why I went with it over some other makes. Brought my dad to check out the other major contenders in this segment. He rode with me while I test drove (he's been driving alot longer than me, so I trust his judgement). Asked him what he thought, and he said the Honda felt like it had more quality than the others. Felt solid. We'll see, but I thought so too.
people buy this car day in and day out, way more people than do buy a beemer or merc-b, so you can get quality for a lower price, thats what people dont realize bout the accord. theyre gonna make theyre money, so they can give u a real deal
i do the same thing when looking at the car, see how things like the door closing sounds and yeah it does show build quality level and honda accords are just up there. they are really underrated sometimes.
@Hankins200 Well at 16 your gona do what your gona do. Even if you wreak it, it will be 10 more years until you look back and finally chock it up as it being your fault. Enjoy the car while it's in one piece, and good choice :)

Doggorunning, I hearing lots of owners of 8th gen accords having rear break problems. The rear pads are wearing out at 20k. Have you had any issues so far? I'm thinking of making a purchase.
I'm not that far along yet, if you want a race car this isn't it but she does move good and stop well also. Now I have not ran her hard where brake fade would ever be an issue. For a highway/cruise'n car she's awesome, I blew the doors off one of those Jetta Sports on the freeway yesterday. This is the first Large Sedan that gets mistaken for a sports car also , by the ricer racers. Funny the Accord looks smaller than the Toyota, but it the same size and thats BIG, very roomy
are you leasing the vehicle? i'm getting my 2010 on monday and i'm leasing. I am paying $1260 down payment plus $80 for the plates. The monthly lease is $310. Mine is the Red color looking like red wine exl too.
I'm curious how much did you buy/lease/finance it for?
mine was 30k I drive over 100 miles a day so a lease for me would not work out. Leases are good if your going to stay below their milage requirements. Also good luck finding a used V6 VERY hard to find. After your 3 year contracts up you will most likely purchase the vehicle, unless you got one of the 4 cylinders which no one keeps really after their lease is up. Honda lots are full of used 4 cylinders, whats great is 3 years my car will be worth about 21k run the #s it's interesting

How comfortable are the seats? I googled "uncomfortable accord seats" and there are some people that insist that the seats are a problem.
