This ougi is a watered-down version of his ougi lvl 2

in NH1 because it isn't rlly clear what he's doing there, just some flashy lights everywhere^^ In NH1 it was easier to get (for those who dont know ~> he shows his enemy his own gruesome death with some genjutsu and gets him paralyzed with this <3)
