you are really naive if you think Flex or any pro bodybuilder is not on Steroids, it is physically impossible to be in this type of shape and not have some sort of testosterone/ anabolic assistance. Your muscles can only get a certain size and density naturaly, after that you need steroids for higher testosterone levels so you can synethesize any amount of protein. Pro bodybuilders are simply amazing
