Mad Catz sell a 3 pack, as well as a 2 and 1 pack. They attach to the legs underneath the pads.

Rock Band 2 Stock with Mad Catz Cymbal attachment. I'm not a big fan of Mad Catz, but The cymbals give a more practical feel.
