sir i am using bsnl and bsnl and idea are only two network who work as 3g in my area .i am using a bsnl 2g sim .can i get 3g speed on my 2g speed without converting it to 3g coz i wont handel 3g cost .plez upload any bsnl or idea 3g hack .
