I'm new to working out like most people here, skinny looking to put a bit of muscle on in the next six months. Taking protein shakes and carrying on with my normal diet while doing this 4/5 times a week. Will that be enough for improvements? Please someone get back to me. Thanks.
if you dont have dumbells put heavy books, bricks or tins into 2 rucksacks, and as for a bench use chairs. if you know where to look as well you can find full body weight exercises for every major muscle group. you can start easy by angling your body against walls or chairs and work up to the heavy stuff full weight bearing and all that. i've yet to try though after the year i'v had im outta shape!
this workout is probably better iing to lose weight as the same time right. so basically this isn't the best workout for skinny guys looking to bulk up?

Ouch. Great all over body workout!! I done it in 30c and am sweating like a pig. I recommend it to any one for a total body workout. If it gets to easy just up the weight.

I have been recently going gym, lost about 20kg and gained muscle all over but i still have a GUT/Stomach. What should i do? continue with the split day weight training and more intense cardio/HIIT training? or should i change my Split day workouts to Full body workouts?
@AtoZyzzyva Bingo. In my experience, all athletes I've seen (football, MMA fighters, sprints), do not have have large calves and in fact overweight people tend to have HUGE muscular calves (see if they lose weight, they actually have LARGE calf muscles), so its just not something that I regard as worth trying to attain or that I should focus my attention on. Plus the biggest douche I've ever known would always train his calves in every work out. left a bad impression.
