Good drill, very infomative. The only question I have is: Do you teach your players to put all of their weight on their hands, or was it just to show what the stance looks like? With all the weight on the hand, it puts them off balance because they have to shif their weight back off the hands before the first step.
@TheBt1466 - Good question and the answer is "No" we do not teach them to have all their weight on their hands for the reason you mentioned. This particular drill is working with O-Line and we will actually have them come from their four pint stance back to "Ski" or our balanced position to be sure they have their weight distributed properly.
