You do a good job of linking the songs together and of creating gentle and appropriate gaps (i.e. after one melody ends, nothing picks up after it for a second or two), and always at places where this pause is much more appropriate than a forced fusion of two dissimilar tunes.
But I have to confess, if the point of the challenge was primarily the "look, Ma! No sheet music!", then I think you should be playing the full songs rather than picking and choosing their most memorable leitmotifs.
