As I've had several requests for the chords, here they are:

C minor / Ebmaj7 / Ab / Gsus4 / G

After the first chorus, the chords change slightly to:

C / Ab / Ebmaj7 / Gsus4 / G

The melody pretty much stays on the C pentatonic scale:

C - Eb - F - G - Bb
