I'm an intermediate-evel JKD student and working on becoming an instructor one day.

This looks like it's a more combative, not based on sensitivity, chi sao?

Gor = Pass over. Sau = Hands and/or arms.

"Gor Sau" = Pass over hands almost sparring in Wing Chun "Chi Sau" exercise as free association/applying.

Chi = Sticky.

"Chi Sau" = Sticky hands/arms in basic Wing Chun skills exercise as reputation/understanding.

My studio Gor Sau training for students must do REAL trial.

They do with each other, even with me, no matter how different among them - various age, size, level, character, man and woman.

Since beginning to all long terms daily lessons we are doing Gor Sau sparring.

Also, we make videos for every one/time Gor Sau record to view and learn more detail.

What I see in the advanced part of my class all the time, is Chi Sao. Lots of it. Why I asked about this earlier is that I've never heard or seen this before. I should have said "fun" not funny. They are laughing and not taking themselves too seriously, which is kind of funny for martial artists. I didn't mean to insult her for being overwhelmed, I would be overwhelmed too! She's just cute when she laughs, but doesn't give up.
