I owned a Fjord. Bought him when he was only four months old and sold him when I got sick and I couldn't ride him anymore. Sadly he got sick with severe arthrosis. The new owner tried with heavy painkillers but he was so much in pain he even became dangerous so they had him put to sleep. He was only 12 years old.
the old guy with the beard, his name is Phillip Odden. I ride some of his horses once in a while. Pretty cool guy! I am also in a Harness club with him. =)
@GIZMOPATTI Cool!! Im getting my own fjord horse this christmas! I agree with you there that they are the bes breed ever! and so strong and sturdy for cold winters!
