As for the Ford Cosworth ..that lasted about 5mins on account that it smashed all competition and made Brocky look ordinary. The fuel was found to be fine, despite the reports at the time, It was to do with the rims which were unchanged from every other round. The whole WTCC was an utter mess from start to finish.
at this time holden v8 was producing approx 430bhp against 55o for the sierra,commodore was 1350kgs ,not sure about sierra maybe 1150-1250 top speed down conrod was almost identical as hrt showed in 1990 v8=reliability+power.
