I love this workout, but the only place I have tile is in the kitchen and its small and I have roommates. I have some of those furniture sliders for carpet. Theyre about as big as my hand. Just put my feet on them and now I can do this workout in my room! =D
Do you happen to have a version of this without music? I like to do your Pop Cardio workouts on repeat (like 2-4 times) or I make my own playlist with your other videos, but sometimes when you hear the same three songs over and over every day while working out, they get on your nerves and I don't want to mute your videos because I love the instructions/encouragement! I've been doing this w/ those fuzzy socks over my running shoes & it worked because I would just wear them threw out the whole workout, but it took a toll on the front of my sneakers so I had to get new ones. The notebook thing works much better, especially with marble notebook.
Do you recommend doing this after doing pilates for 35 min? I tried do this afterwards, but I did not have any energy left and stopped after 3 minutes :/ I am quite fit, since I have done weight training and execised with rubber-band before.

hey cassey.i have heard that when you do cardio workout in the first 20 minutes your body burns carbohydrates only and that it starts burning fat only after those 20 minutes.is that true?
@TAYLURRx96 With HIIT it wont work well if u do it every day, you have to give your body time to rest and then it will come back stronger!:) do it every other day even if it is only twice. xoxo

You do kind of feel like your a human vaccumm LoL :- # Well A good variation to the plate climbers or towel climber whatever you want to call them is pulling both legs forwrd toward the center of your body while you point your tail bone p in almost what is like an upwards pike position.

Hi Cassey! just a thought for your viewers. You can still do this workout without hardwood floors, just fold brown paper bags underneath your feet on the carpet. works wonderfully :) keep up the awesome work!

@hiyapii420 it's impossible to turn fat into muscle, jsyk. you have to burn off fat and build muscle. you can't spot train either, so if you were to lose 5lbs that would be all over not just on your belly.
my legs are getting bigger because of jogging. I think it's because of the muscles. can you tell me which of your videos can I use so that I can make my legs look thinner?

I love, love, love this! However, I have to add: this is not High Intensity Interval Training. It's just regular interval training, I think, albeit a great one. You wouldn't be able to talk if this were really HIIT, and there's no way we could actually do this for a whole hour. With that said, I'm still obsessed with your videos!

Yesterday, I did this one time through, and today... I did it all four times. I feel dead and alive at the same time... @shaypear I'm on a carpet as well, and I didn't use anything... I just kinda dragged the balls of my shoes against the floor... not as fluid as using towels, but it gave the same effect and seemed to work. (But that textbook idea is great as well!)
oh my goodness. ive been slacking on my working out due to a crazy busy summer class...and i just found your videos and love them! this one was TOUGH for sure. i did it twice and and a dance vid. im going to do it all week and build up to 4x...hopefully :) i want a nice bikini bod...at least somepoint this summer!
I'm so proud of myself for not giving up on this. I'm not a fitness beginner, but I'm not an expert either. I am sweating so hard as I type this. I did a thirty minute run, a fifteen minute cool-down, then jumped into this for the first time... I only did one play-through, but man, this is rough. Definitely a great workout, especially when combined with other exercises. Thanks so much for the great encouragement along the way as well! :)
I appreciate the extra-long circuit training vid! The others are also great, but I wished they were a little longer. But I got used to the 30 sec intervals. Phew, those extra 20 sec are tough!

oh my goodness. ive been slacking on my working out due to a crazy busy summer class...and i just found your videos and love them! this one was TOUGH for sure. i did it twice and and a dance vid. im going to do it all week and build up to 4x...hopefully :) i want a nice bikini bod...at least somepoint this summer!

I'm so proud of myself for not giving up on this. I'm not a fitness beginner, but I'm not an expert either. I am sweating so hard as I type this. I did a thirty minute run, a fifteen minute cool-down, then jumped into this for the first time... I only did one play-through, but man, this is rough. Definitely a great workout, especially when combined with other exercises. Thanks so much for the great encouragement along the way as well! :)

I appreciate the extra-long circuit training vid! The others are also great, but I wished they were a little longer. But I got used to the 30 sec intervals. Phew, those extra 20 sec are tough!

Great workout Cassey, For all your fans to consider and let me know what you think as well.
Highly suggest a heart rate monitor, and make sure you're in your target zone
To increase cardio intensity, while doing push-ups alternate the foot every 5 reps.
Also for "tuck jumps" you could increase your speed half-way through or whatever your capable of depending on your fitness level.
