  • My friend lost 20lb with a method called flow solution diet. I don't have much info about this but you can search on google for "flow solution diet". A method to loss weight without weakness.

  • @washerdried76 That's right! I also prefer the natural weight loss programs just like in WeightLoss Action. info ,other than surgery. It worked for me too!

  • I love how someone on here keeps saying that we can't digest fiber....hun fiber is digested slowly which is why it's so beneficial to people. If we couldn't digest it at all we would be dead...come on now. I'm a nursing major and I know what i'm talking about. We need way more fiber in our diets than most people are getting...

  • not sure about this fibre thing anymore!! on weight watchers been drinking vegetable soup all week - put on 1/2 pound!! couldnt believe it!! teacher said when eating fibre gotta drink water! especially now its warming up!! eh?? weird?? the body hangs on to the fibre - i thought all the pooping i was doing was helping - noop! it didnt! ah well.... really confused now!!!

  • @snowleopard010 plus if u stop eating big ammount of fiber u get constipated but not because the lack of fiber but Because u did it too much of it!! The Gut Knows how to move foods down!! Thats Exactly what Barry Groves teaches!! Plus with 50gr Gosh u must have a job that allows u to go toilet sooo often!! Vegetablea are great but fruits are to be limited as too much fructose.. All the best!!

  • @snowleopard010 its good u feel great but do u know any studies that have clearly showed that eating 50gr of fiber a day is necessary for good health!? fiber is not digestable so whats the point in eating huge ammount of something that cant be even digested? Plus in a long term u can get lealky gut due to the abouse of that staff that "brushes" your colon!! The bloating u talk about is controlled by the good bacteria!!

  • i recently increased fiber intake by a pretty high number...there's a decent amount of gas coming out the back door to say the least...anyone know how long my body will take to adjust?

  • @nobcheesy how inconciderate, maybe its because of where and how they grew up, or maybe something happend in thier past that trigger something like this. As much as AMERICA Bumbards t.v. commercials with Burgers and fries, they fall victom of the "Quick, Easy, and Cheap" ordeal. Some simply has never been taught to eat clean and healthy, so show alil more sensativity to those who wish to learn...

  • haha...hey, I heard that meat snacks like beef jerky will give you the same pleasure as a hamburger. And theres a whole lot less fat and calories in it (oops just more sodium)
