I think airsoft is better because if you have a real fully auto gun, for one thing you will probably go to jail and for another thing it will just be sitting in your attic because you cant shoot it but with airsoft at least you can shoot it more often.

Also..Americans can buy some grenade launchers, they just involve a lot of paperwork. The only grenades you can "affordably" shoot are practice chalk rounds that go "poof" when you shoot them,and smoke grenades.Americans can also buy grenades, which involve lots more paperwork, plus a tax of $200 for each grenade round. Since chalk rounds cost $20+ each, smoke rounds cost $10-30 each, and frag/HE grenades cost $250 each, you might as well buy an airsoft instead, so you can afford to shoot it. :)

Good morning, ignoring all the massive amount of debate about gun law in america will move straight onto airsoft. You understand that this isn't a collectors item its part of a sport similar to paintball, if he were to own a "real steal" semi automatic shotgun (which is what this is really) or even an actual grenade launcher he'd no longer beable to shoot it at another human, just targets. I've done target shooting its quite boring after taking down a killhouse of human players with a toy gun.

@Slayer877 its because of British gun law. since its so strict people are wanting guns more. and since the markets for them grow, people get them illegal and then use them. but then the flip side is, making guns more available means more people will get them and then proberbly use them again the neighbour they hate. really either way, you cant win, you just have to try and reduce the amount available to the public (eg: the illegal market)

@Azn10SuN in professional airsoft competitions, metaaal pellets are used (infaact are shaped like bullets) and there's a fair amount of risk of dying, stay paralized or have something similar. BUT people have kevlar suits so they are "protected"...still, one can die in REAL airsoft.

You don't need to use it as an auto shotgun if your field plays with grenade launcher/rocket rules, and you fire (non-lethal, obviously) projectiles. However, unless one is using those rubber payload grenades, it would be innefficient to stuff a new projectile in the barrel after each shot.

Dunno, there may be a way to work it out, but the gas affects the fps, that combined with bb's pushing each other, deflections in flight, spread. I don't think just firing the 1 would be enough either.

And yes. This and my pair of MP5Kurz's will be getting a workout.

Clone, I spent £300 on the Launcher and £60 on 6 Shells.

For our Americna viewers I thinks thats about $720 total.

The shells are only Cheap King Arms models though. I have some Madbulls on route and some ICS Power Shells on Order.
