so i got this program, and for some reason i dont that the option/tabs of Scene/Layer under scene manager, also when i go to replace a sprite i have no replace or import option, im stuck with the defaults or the one (example) hand sprite that the initial actor i created came with, any idea why? please help.

i personaliy like to roll with photoshop myself if you ever want to animate thats the way to go =)
