@DetritusRelated mostly when the ball is passed, ball carrier dies, or when a point is scored does the announcer talk. other times theres funny commentator stuff like the czerka ads or PSAs.

@TheFourthSniper Well there are people like me who play sports and still like the "geeky" MMO games. Its like football with forward passes and fire pits. Its pretty rad looking IMO.  Not everyone who liked FF and roll playing games got beat up every day, its OK to like sports.

Empire vs Republic

Empire vs Empire

Republic vs Republic

It's not bound to faction vs faction -- even teams of the same faction can compete with one another. Which is why I'm going to love this game.

@ekjohnson99 Wow. Fail much? It's on Nar Shaddaa, a neutral planet. And why wouldn't they play a match together? Remember, combat is allowed. So they are still fighting each other. Also this isn't a battleground ripoff. The story is great in this and it's a nice looking game so far. Get your fact's right.

@ekjohnson99 Fail. Hutts are cartel kingpins -- they don't give a rat's ass about war unless it encroaches on their business. A Hutt would be just as likely to supply weapons to both sides of a conflict just for the pure profit -- or set up a blood sport between the two (Huttball).

The Hutts are their own independent empire, for all intents & purposes. They're too powerful for either side to try to take them over with a war going on, so both the Empire & Republic try to curry their favor.
