I with a great deal of shame (lol) confess that it took me about 7 times to complete this mission. I missed my chance on the first attempt, having failed to catch the guy on the bike. I made the mistake of wasting time on the carpark the first time. Then, I realized you can snipe the target from the ground. Next target: make sure it is a head shot. I did have to chase the jewelry store guys. Be careful, one guy has a lethal weapon. Pt. 2 follows ...

the 1st and last 2 targets are shown well in this video.

but for the others, i think there are much easier ways:

dick tenner - use motorbike + go down a backstreet which takes you opposite the van. this this is the same alleyway used for the haitian/diaz shootout. go up the same stairs you did in the mission mentioned above and shoot the driver with a sniper. for marco + franco, go near them, up some stairs and missile them (using PROFESSIONALTOOLS). make sure you have quick getaway though :)

this mission is easier than it looks

for the first guy just snipe him, for the 2nd guy get in front of him and try to snipe him too and if makes a run for get a fast car or a motrcycle then catch up with him and drive by shoot his vehicle until he stops and gets out and kill him, then for the 3rd just keep your distance and snipe the driver and then the other guy, for the 4th just snipe him too, and for the last just get a fast car and hit him with the car and once he falls just run him over

The video makes it look so hard. It's actually a VERY easy mission.

The key is don't let any of the cars drive away. Stay far enough away and use the sniper rifle to kill them while they are sitting in their car. The only vehicle you have to chase is the last guy on the motorcycle. He's easy to catch just as long as you have a fast car or a motorcycle yourself. I recommend using a fast car.

this mission is easy cause the first guy i aimed & sniped him out, the second guy i shot the wind screen of his van until he is dead, (Security van) the third guy i typed in a cheat and got the rocket launcher and blow up his van, the fourth guy i aimed the rocket launcher from the street and blast his boat, the fourth guy i jumped in a ride and ran him over. with 3 mins & 58 sec to spare

the EASIEST way to complete the last motorbike part is, if your using PC, as soon as u see him run away from ur car and type bigbang very fast. His motorbike and all other vehicles will explode and you get the $4000.

It took me 5 months to beat this mission. I finally beat it today. For the people that are having trouble, the trick is you have to move to southwest part of the map. Somewhere around to the pay n' spray. There's a hotel pool. In the pool there's a rocket lancher. Use this to take out the van and the pick-up trunk.
