"There is neither male nor female for you are all one person in Christ" I think Jesus treated women as his equals but chose men as his apostles because of the historical cultural setting at the time, not any theological reason. Biologically, if a woman is pregnant, she is the only one that can nurture the child. This limits her in some ways. Men can't be pregnant. Here today, I can't see any reason why equal roles for men and women and women ministers & priests should not be allowed

Hi Johnny and thank you for sharing your song with me. I enjoyed everything about it....the lyrics, vocals, instrumentation, and video. The whole production is so original. Great subject and recording. I pray to my picture of Jesus (and who really knew what he looked like?) everynight...who cares what I pray too...as long as i have enough faith to do it...I am better off.

I loved all the pictures of the different statues of Mary, it was a beautiful visual!

for myself - to believe in a higher power or a god, i do not need a moneyhungry, corrupt, baiting, war mongering, manmade church. and i also do not need a pre-chewed role of my god.

i can also understand your point of view. and there also good thing the christians did and do. but again - just my opinion - the worse they do outweighs that clearly. and same for muslims, jews or whoever.

There are so many evil things that the Church has done in the name of God or has hidden acts under the mask of the cross. Those things that any normal human being would find utterly despicable and wretched. Corruption can exist in any organization where humans are involved. But imagine a dark enclosed room filled with people... the only light is outside... Does it matter what shape the window is that lets in that light to illuminate the blind inside who have lived in darkness?

Could I then just ask you kindly to close your eyes and not use your hands to feel anything? Shall we get rid of the sounds, the notes, the modes altogether? I could not bare such a world but I do respect your point of view. I do not believe in worshiping statues but I can't disagree with using statues in the worship of something much greater for I think it is our sensory inputs from which we originally form our thoughts & faith but at some point it can become that which limits us.

The song is great.....I really do dig it musically. But I have to say I highly disagree with using statues in worship. I'm an agnostic, not a Christian, but I do recall Moses slaughtering his own people right after reading "thou shalt not kill" to them, because they had a golden calf....I'm not here to hate though, thumbs up on the tune!!
