Actually, they are working on male-to-female Transsexuals on having children, They just put ovaries inside of you.. This is risky with like, an 75% chance of your body rejecting them, and you dieing. So, This is why it isn't really there yet ^_^!

Thank you for making this video. I've been doing plenty of research about the trans community and I really do hope you post more videos. This video is a nice overview of what a person will most likely go through if he/she/ze plans to transition. Wish I found this video instead of having to do 8 hours of reading to cover the transition process xD. Please post more. These videos are very informative.
