From the looks of it, you're pushing too hard into the corners and your setup generate too much understeer as a result of your driving. I think if you are smoother,you can get yourself a faster setup.

But maybe I'm wrong...I only have experience with the older Papyrus sims.

@vivaSchumi7 30 laps if I recall correctly. Not quite long enough to require a pitstop. The World Championship races in the Indycar generally require 2 pitstops.
