  • I love his laughter at the end. Reminds me of Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys :D

  • But some bouncing booty and lot's of bling to it and we have our new hit star ;]

  • This is just amazing. Both parts. Not just the first funny part, screwing around, which is absolutely hilarious and funny (and even the women at the strings crack up :-D ). The second part is also very interesting, and though the audio is a bit unclear and sometimes lousy balanced, it results in an interesting mix and one of his most inventive versions. An absolute treat to fans.

  • ahahahah only if i was there how amazing it would of been!!!

  • what chord is he playing at the end of yesterday?

  • @flintben it seems to be a F#maj7

  • @flintben looks like a B kind of shape with a G base

  • Tom is doing what Frank Zappa did to the illustrious LSO, think about it!!!

  • com on man move on please, my friend is making me watch this and i got other things to do

  • I think he's a little more "attack minded" than Chet ever was, ... could listen to TE forever.. I've got Endless road in the car and it came in very handy when Dublin came to a stand still and it took me three hours to get home 4 kms! thanks TE :-)

  • he's the best now that chet's dead and nobody can match him

  • Just for the record, Pink Panther doesn't start until like 3:12 or 3:15. The part you currently have labeled is still the 007 theme.

  • so is mine ... this guy is too good.

how the hell can anyone beat that ??

  • My life is complete...

  • This guy is too good at guitar..plain and simple..nobody should be this good

  • He is funny, really funny, and also really great.

  • lol chobber , funny.

  • I have a very expensive guitar, but it doesn't do thigs like this. Should I take it back to the shop?

  • does yours have a pickup

  • tommy emmanuel è un grande... questo video fa capire che lui sa fare proprio tutto con la sua chitarra!

  • Good God! What an entertainer. Where can I see him live??

  • he plays alot of chet atkins riff in there

  • Get him up on stage with Mira Bin-Ari!

  • Who is Doyle Dykes??? Keep moving Tommy!

  • dude tomme emmanuel is the god of the guitar!!

  • Simply amazing

  • It is "Nine pound hammer" Merle Travis.

  • he does play cavatina at 1:31. if you call that nine pound hammer then I'm Tommy Emmanuel.

  • Now that I listen to the video again...at 1:31 does appear to sound like Cavatina albeit much different than original It also sounds like another melody-Wonderful World a hybrid if you will. Cheers, Tommy! BTW i MEANT "Nine Pound Hammer" occured at 00:43

  • 1:17 Antonio Lauro Vals

  • Its not a bloody symphony!

Its a movement from his piano sonata. It is the 3rd movement in his Piano Sonata No. 11.

  • And it's mozarts

  • Hehe

  • has anyone got full versions of these . kin awsome tommy e

  • He also plays Cavatina, Rondo ala turka, Johnny B Good & Windy & warm =) There's no one like Tommy, he's the BEST!!

  • he does not play Cavatina here by Stanely Myers.

  • Man! I love this guy! His playing is unmatched and his sense of humor adds to his charisma and character. If only I could play like him... He knows how to put his feelings into his guitar and make it flow into the audience. He's truly a master.

  • Here's all I know 00:17 Waltzing Matilda 00:32 Smoke on the water (Deep Purple) 01:32 Blue Moon 01:57 Yesterday (Beatles) 02:37 The Entertainer (Scott Joplin) 03:01 James Bond Theme 03:14 Pink Panther Theme (Henri Mancini) 03:21 Perfidia (Alberto Domingez) 03:30 Theme to GodFather 04:10 Beat it! • a UFO

  • Lol Thank you for posting this! Very funny.

  • wow, just wow, amazing, imma have to get good at guiter, im inspired now

  • Got a few vidoes of this guy. Very much awesome. If I could play guitar like that, I would.

  • This is just great and Tommy is great and video is great and oh I want to play like him.

  • Great stuff! What is the "italian" tune he is playing in the middle?

  • I assume you mean the theme from "the Godfather"

  • Yeah that's it, thanks:)

  • and thats tommy just pissing about with speed and shit, imagine if he tried to play as fast as he could

  • Speed isn't everything really, Tommy amazes a lot of people for the pure technicality of the music he plays. I've never seen Tommy actually in a state I could describe as 'Concentrating' - 99.9% of the time he's not even trying, which says a lot about his level of skill :-)

  • would be better without the orchestra

  • I don't agree, it's awesome with the orchestra too !

I LOVE this guys, he's totally crazy and unforseeable !

  • I just love this video! I love how he plays James Bond & Pink Panther.....gotta learn that :P

  • Incredible...
