  • This government does not own us.

  • States rights!

  • Glenn Beck is stealing information from Alex Jones, the real creator of true information, and Fox is adding lies!

  • lol Glenn Beck your are freaking awesome! Thanks for covering this

  • America, I have to tell ya, be prepared to be invaded, the end is near, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

  • I will Move to the first State to win Her Rights back from the Federal Government, and Die There, Fighting this Seven Headed Beast with ten Horns.

  • smallfish1960, the States already have and have always had their States Rights.....they're just asserting them now vocally. They were never lost.

  • jordinlovesnathan You are correct, however in order to go back to actual Constitutional States Rights system of Government over the federal government, You will have to repeal every law made since then, at least 40yrs of court decisions over turned simultaneously. The feds are calling this thing a "paper tiger." Scoffing as they pet their giant tank mounted flame thowers!

  • im totally in agreement. cant wait to see those weapons stamped Made in Texas as said by simpledan. the problem is we have robots in congress at the federal level, so i guess its up to us in the states to force the issue. from the Republic of Texas, we wish all well and hope this happens

  • I cannot wait until I can start buying some guns stamped 'Made in Texas'

  • Does anybody know to which 1930s Supreme Court case Napolitano was referring? I'm not familiar with that decision.

  • I believe you are asking about the Wickard case. Search on 'Wickard' on wikipedia. I'd post the link here, but YouTube doesn't allow it, I guess.

  • Some text from the wikipedia page:

Filburn was given notice of the allotment in July 1940 before the Fall planting of his 1941 crop of wheat, and again in July 1941, before it was harvested. Despite these notices Filburn planted 23 acres and harvested 239 bushels from his 11.9 acres of excess area.

Filburn argued that since the excess wheat he produced was intended solely for home consumption it could not be regulated through the interstate Commerce Clause.

  • With Obama's future appointee to the supreme court, what chance do we really have? The deck is being stacked against us.. We are putting our hopes in the hands of the unjust... Those who do not rule according to the constitution. The federal government will come down on us with all their fury, desperate to hold on to their power. What recourse will we have if we lose?

  • Barring accidents, the next several judges Obama will be appointing will be replacing consistent liberal votes -- Souter now, then Stephens, then Ginsberg. The Court remains 4/4 split, with (expletive deleted) Kennedy in the middle. There's a chance.

Recourse if we lose? Secession. I sincerely doubt that the US military would cooperate with a military assault on Montana, the way it did in 1865 with the assault on Virginia.

And if your hopes are not in God's hands, they're in the wrong hands.

  • I could have sworn I replied earlier.. must have slipped thru a wormhole.. ;) I greatly admire the courage and the ingenuity of the thinkers that came up with this legislation and pray for victory.

That being said, my hope does lie squarely in God's hands and I do not fear the future. I do however want to be aware, and want everyone to be prepared for the very real possibility that this fails, and we are required to take that next step. This is where we make our stand.

    God bless,

    Maria

  • Fuck yeah! Fuck yeah! Fuck Yeah!

Can't wait to see the liberals in the scope running like the pieces of dugshit that they are!

    REMEMBER THE ALAMO!

  • Perhaps the best news since 1929. Finally a chance to reinstate the constitution as it was intended.

  • I am glad to see that the individual states are making their voices heard! Go Glenn Beck!

  • Thanks again Glen. Right on point.

  • Not that putting them at odds is good. It allows the states to self regulate and give regular americans a stronger voice in their state and federal government out of our backyard.

  • so will this help against the evil bankers who want to have 1 world goverment like in zeitgeist?

  • yes because it puts the government at odds with each other so they are less effective

  • good

  • Glad I live in Texas! "Don't Mess With Texas"

  • Go America!

  • This is good. Its about time people stand up and do something and start acting like they care about the constitution.

  • We have to make sure our own states step up to the plate with this. Montana started it, now Texas & Utah, keep it rolling people.

  • @rockytopfarm

florida just started it. Its in the commitees.

    S1240

Proposes an amendment to the State Constitution to assert the sovereignty of the state and refuse to comply with unconstitutional federal mandates.

  • this would be one of the biggest decisions in the history of our country and no one is discussing it.

  • Just like how the mainstream media won't discuss that Obama is not a U.S. Citizen!
