the one thing that i think has ruined the tekken games apart from ths storylines all totally revolving around kazuya , jin and heihachi is the juggling system in fights, it seems as the only way to win a difficult fight is to keep your opponent in mid air as much as possible to cause damage, i grew up playing tekken games but this juggling system is naff

The one who was killed was King II's trainer.

Tekken 3 took place 12 years after Tekken 2. I don't think wrestlers with that kind of honor, as they're portrayed in the game, would go around killing each other and passing their coveted masks. AK did not kill King.

IMO...I think its the original King..who was reported dead..but probably is still alive.

I think Armor King killed the original King after Tekken 2, King had taken to heavy drinking and AK probably took advantage in this, killing him. The King you see nowadays is one of children he's helped out in the orphanage, since Tekken 3 takes place 15-20 years after the events of Tekken 2, all grown up and taken to wrestling.

Yes. He was killed by Armor King after Tekken 2. The real question is whether or not the Armor King that trained King II is the Armor King that killed King I.

In Tekken 6, you find out that Armor King had a brother, but they both wore the same outfit so it was impossible to tell them apart.

Hate to break it to you revenge, but that Kaz wasn't very good. BTW he's the most feared character in the game, and recognized world wide as the best. King is actually not very good in T6. Grabs? You can break them. 10-hits? You can just wait for the low, and parry, and get free damage. Not a very good way to go about playing.

Unfortunately for you guys in STL, we have a Tilt in Rhode Island (though, I'm from MA so it's a bit of a drive) that invested in T6. Bug your store owners!!!

In my opinion, King is the best Tekken character, simply because there is a lot more depth to him, as there is with Nina. Once you have the 10-hit combos mastered, you have to master the grapples, and the grapple combos, as well as the regular moves.

Kazuya might be cool, but his only redeeming feature as a fighter is the dragon uppercut.
