actually, it's a program used by my hp laptop, 'tv tuner' i hooked it up to my t.v. (direct tv) and started recording a channel and decided to edit out this commercial with movie maker ^_^
yeah, when i brought it, the software along with the cables came with it.. even a remote too ^_^ i used it to hook up to my satellite box and set up my laptop with program to view it just like a television
I love this.
