  • for those of you following the video, all belongings were delivered to apartment loft in Durham, NC on August 4th.

  • Great video Bets ... I am re-posting and sharing with everyone, including my 1000 facebook friends... Perfect example of how NOT to run a company or a customer complaint. I have used Mayflower and 2 Men and a Truck for my past two moves. Definitely won't be using NAVL...

  • Wow. The sincerety of their post is underwhelming. Talk about pass the buck and take no responsibility. But you will get "our standard reimburesement." Their customer service certainly stands apart from the rest. Thanks for posting this as it helps me cross this company off my list of potential movers.

  • We are very sorry for the delay of your move. While Beltmann was responsible for the loading of your move, another agent is responsible for the transport and delivery of your belongings in NC. Our customer service staff will be in touch with a concrete date as well as our standard reimbursement policy for the delay in your move. Thank you.

  • @northAmericanVL Excuses excuses...As a friend of Betsy's, your $600 "reimbursement" is pathetic. How about a per diem? Three weeks without anything to cook, clean, wear, sleep on, sit on...that is, at your current rate, $200 a week. Can you live with NONE of your possessions on $200 a week? I'd think the typical $75 a day per diem at this point would be a much more responsible offer. I believe you made sure SHE knew how much YOU would charge HER if she was late, so why not vice versa?
