  • I saw a brief clip of this on Hulu.  Warren said something rather intriguing. What he said at 2:10-2:15 is really something most people in IT forget.

  • I have a bakery in Albuquerque New Mexico. I also use Restaurant Pro Express for my Point of Sale system. I would like to know how you are able to Manage your inventory for a bakery with Restaurant Pro express. I have found that the inventory system with Restaurant pro is very cumbersome for bakeries. I had to purchase a system called Chef tec plus to manage my inventory as it could be able to cost our recipes for cookies, breads and cakes.

  • ChefTec is able to track how much flour,Baking power, sugar, spices that were used for each cookie. Where Restaurant Pro was not able to do this or they have no documentation on how to set up there system for bakeries. I would like to hear if anyone else has had such problems or found other solutions.

    Also I see the video that you are able to use Restaurant pro in a remote location. How is this possable??
