bluetooth isn't 2.6 ghz...there's interference and some lag when wifi has traffic. this set still responds well enough for gaming.

curved keyboard layout makes even the fastest typers feel like retards with no arms while using it, The mouse responce is so damn slow i have to wait almost a second while i see my actions. And the scroll wheel as a button is close to useless while it takes considerable pressure to get it to press. all in all.. biggest peice of crap mouse keyboard combo ive ever used. Productivity in 3dsmax drops to 10% of normal if your using it for 3d. kthx

I can't STAND the curved layout! It's bad for games that use WASD and it hurts my (extreme) productivity. I would buy the 8000 version in a heartbeat if they would STRAIGHTEN THE @#$% LAYOUT and put the Win key where it BELONGS. I use the Win key hundreds of times per day in keyboard combinations (Win+R, Win+D, Win+Break, Win+M, etc). I simply wouldn't be able to stay productive when switching between non-standard keyboard layouts.
