@September2091 Very few of the fruit flies are able to escape back through the holes. For some reason they're just not smart enough to figure it out. Kinda like the monkey with its hand in the cookie jar I guess...lol
@Itati619 Sometimes it's the difference between pouring a shot and having fruit flies come out into someone's drink....and not. There are other methods to rid a bar of fruit flies but this one's quick and it uses what's already on hand. As I've said in an earlier comment, you just need to keep the traps well hidden. Cheers!
Nice, I am not asking this to be some nerdy dick. It's a real question because I am going to bartend for the first time in the near future. Is this health inspector approved? Or should I keep it in a hidden place?
@mansitopinta To be honest, I'm not sure - I've never had the health inspector come in and check the bar area while I've had the traps out. I always hide them anyway as they look rather unsightly for customers as well.
@sold1million NO! You're obviously the genius! First, you can spell the word so well and second your videos are so cool, you must just be days away from making those millions. Haha, nice one genus!
wat i don't get is, if it is possible for the fruit flies to get inside the hole, wouldn't it be possible for it to get out as well??
