I am 20 years old and I first met Rory's music 2 years ago... I never saw him live but I feel I know him. Every time I study his music or play along his songs I feel like he talks to me, with his well-known smile in his face... Rory, you were the greatest player I ever heard and you are the light that guides my passion for music! Every time I hear you I feel the tears coming. For me you are a hero that will never die!

look at the video timewindow, from 2:00 until 6:00, is was one of the best rock overdrive flageolett tone, the best string bending vibrator, ever, ain`t nobody white was playing the blues like him ( look for video from Rory in the timewindow from 1968 to 1988 ) he blows a hole generation of guitar players away, even Clapton, Hendrix, Beck, Page, Lee, Winter, SRV, Moore, and others was nothing in relation to Rory
