i know that dandrombium is awesome but how the hell do you get a giant mobile armor to move like a mobile suit ?! thats not even skills any more

It moves like a mobile suit? The whole point of mobile armor was to make a souped up Space Fighter with the firepower of a warship. The Dandromium is just a gross monster of a mobile armor, all mobile armors in Gundam performed as agile as the Dandromium did if not more agile at times counting on which mobile armor.
