i dont understand, this sk casted burrow strike 6 times, sand storm 4 times, blinked twice, epicenter once. Thats 1490 mana for a lvl 7 sk and 1365 for lvl 11, judging from two meepo and blink dagger I'd say this is at most lvl 11. at lvl 11 sk get 491 natural mana from int and attribute bonus, maybe arcane boots +250 mana, maybe a full wand 225 mana, shit doesnt add up.
