You heard people say- "it will never be found", "it ain't true", "it just can't be".
I'm here to tell you these People are wrong- I found it. Using Google Earth -
I found God's Watermarks of the REAL Garden of Eden. Look at my Channel and see the short Video I made of it. I didn't point all of it out either- there are many things still hid for you to find. Come see !
Me thinks Jimi Hendrix was a major influence. Listen to Pride and Passion and then Hey Joe... Of course, this intro makes me think of House Burning Down. :)
for those who still dig this type of music, my band is working on some tracks. We have a simular sound(because John is my influence[even though I'm only 16] and eddie and the cruisers are my favorite movies!!)
im 25 and have like three copies of each i bought a copy of each movie everytime i seen him live hes so good he looks like rod stewart tho lol well recently
the music in these movies is fantastic. i may be young but great music lives on in the souls of the lives it has touched. this is my favorite song out of all of john cafferty's original music
snuffygambler and everyone else who thinks ther was a real band ""eddie and the cruisers" sorry.in the movies it's michael pare doing a great job of lip singing to john cafferty and the beaver brown band.i have both movies and sound tracks and i love them too!! ds
@pre9120 I wish I had the unreleased tapes! I have a friend in houston who runs a boot-leg station.e is trying to locate those for me. If he can you'll be the first to know! deanna
Just came from Hannibal MO where Cafferty was to perform and it was rained out. John and some of the other guys that were also to play at the concert met with the public in a small rooom and signed autographs. I got to talk to him and get to shake hands with him and talk with him, Interestingly he said he never watched these movies, just did the music. Nice guy to talk with.
my mom loved this song i wish u could make it with lyrics she watch the eddie and the cruisers 2eddie lives with my dad the night she past i have loved this movie and the first one ever since i was like little and now im 19 and still love it wow my fav song is running through the fire he is really great at his music
@lilbooboo101 im sorry to hear about your mom but yeah eddie and the cruisers is an awesome movie im almost 16 and ive loved it since i was a little kid
My baby-boy - now 30 -- was once in a ""Heavy Metal Band"". Band used to practice at my house (( my poor neighbors)) BUT on my 50th B-Day (6 yrs. ago). The 'Band' played this song for me. No Sax --- just a screaming 'git-tar' in it's place. Although '''they''' were heavy-metal, I once told them -- you have to learn to play ALL genres -- If you want to """Master""" One. They did get some ""air time"" -- but TRAVEL TRAVEL - TRAVEL TRAVEL ----CAUSED THEM ALL TO SEEK OTHER CAREERS.
@tsprague1 -- I'm 56 -- so I 'grabbed' both movies and soundtracks from release. I remember -- this part of the movie well!! My sons are 32 - 30 -- Both have heavy - Tats and piercings (((usual listening is "Metal")))-- BUT THEY both jam to ''BOTH'' Soundtracks -- Good music is just good music -- At almost ALL POSTS FROM THESE 2 MOVIES --- There is nothing but positive comments--- AGAIN -- words and music!!!!!
this song has one of the greatest guitar solo's you could have...both of my favorite movies and i can recite both movies from start to finish...John Cafferty and The Beacver Brown Band is on of the best in history of rock and roll!
@andy78624 I've worked out some of it, still trying to figure out some more of it, but I can tell you that it's in the key of C, and he's all over the neck with it. When I get it figured out, I'll try to get something posted.
hey I would love to be able to play the solo at the beginning of this song but can not find tabs anywhere for it. if you have the tabs could you please send them to me
I was around the age of 6 in 1987 when I saw the first movie and I went and saw the the sequel at the movies in 1989 I remember that I actually thought that the movie was a true story it sucks that it was fiction but it is still one of the best movies ever made
TO the ones that do not like it do not listen but to the fans...This is the best movie every made for the time era,and the music is amazing. Micheal Pare is such a great actor!
Oh please. Don't get me wrong, I love this movie, I've seen it 4 or 5 times, but Michael Pare is a terrible actor. The music is what makes this film, plain and simple. The acting and plot were laughable.

Well I don't know where all you were in '83 when 'Eddie and the Cruisers' was released, me? I enjoyed it, both music and movie as much as the first... I almost dare to say I'd like to see a third. :)
Eddie and the Cruisers both 1 and 2 (Eddie Lives) are fictional movies that features the music of John Cafferty and The Beaver Brown Band .... and for the record, neither John Cafferty or Eddie Wilson Dies. End of first movie leaves u with the assumption Eddie died when his car went over the bridge. The 2nd movie is the story of how he had skipped out and was living under an assumed name for many years and finally makes somewhat of a come back, giving it the title "Eddie Lives" .... get it?
AMAZING TUNE..... Great movie(s) Life don't get much better. Watched em back to back on the weekend and they still give me chills. EDDIE LIVES. NEW MOVIE PLEASE.
