(By good I mean: GREAT. The only untranslated part I ever found was the punishment room in the Dark Loans).

1) The original two gmes didn't do so well outside of Japan.

2) Crapcom took out almost everything Boktai-related in MegaMan Battle Network 6.

3) Um... Not much else to say.

We're probably lucky we even got Lunar Knights.

In BN6, there was a Boktai sidequest hwere you had to fight the Count, and you could get all sorts of Boktai Battle Chips, like Django, Count, and Otenko. However, when Capcom localized it for Europe and America, they took out all the Boktai stuff (Although you can use some of the Chips by using an Action Replay). You could also do a Crossover Battle with Shinbok/Boktai 3. I'm thinking this was part of the reason why Shinbok was a Japan-only release.

Using any transformation means that you attack sabata, and he consequently dies in the ending.

Plus using black django means that otenko dies.

Thanks for uploading this. The fight reminds me a bit too much of Queen Hel from the first Boktai (I just beat her today). Awesome music, though.

Btw, you said you weren't sure about BN5/Boktai connectivity. We got lucky -- Crossover Battles survived in the English version. BN5 DS even included Sol Cross MegaMan as a connection bonus when it had previously been inaccessible to us gaijin. I wish they'd been as generous in BN6, but with no English Boktai 3, their options were limited.

As for BN5 and 6, things began to get awry. He was removed in the english release of BN6 and I can't recall if there was a crossover event in BN5.

But anyway, the shinbok crossover made the count appear in the cyberworld, otenko trapped in a cage of some variety and an extension to the graveyard area. Youtube it.

Boktai 3: Sabata's Counter-Attack, was not released in America due to player issues (Solar Senser to hard to manage). Plus, if you played Boktai: The Sun is in Your Hand or Boktai 2: Solar Boy Django, you would know that nothing in this video is shown in the game.

They also mention the Lord of Destruction in LK.. who happens to be Ratatosk.. who got killed by Dumas.

In Trinity's timeline Ratatosk was able to take control of Vanargand & become the "Lord of Destruction" however.. because Trinity broke the tombstone sealing Django.. two timelines were created: One where Django saves the world from Vanargand and lives, the other one where Django dies and Ratatosk takes over the world and gets killed by Dumas thus leading to the events that happen in Lunar Knights! I got the dark lens via hacking, i'm afraid. The star and astro lenses, however, can be otained legitimately.

The astro lens was a japanese promotional download, but the code i used to get the dark lens wiped over that spot. The star lens you get by returning to the training dungeon and going to wher the game started- the star lens is right there. Feel free to ask for any ore help, or any storyline translation requests (not specific lines, just story points)

If you read, i said several times I hacked the dark lens (havent figured out how to get the dark frame though) and the astro lens is from an event, so i hacked it. The star lens is in the first area, where django woke up
