I think it would have been more effective if they played Carl's original narration, or at least used any of a hundred of Pale Blue Dot videos on Youtube. The person who made the video that was shown in the UN didn't seem to "get it". Though maybe they had to be careful about how they illustrated things.

Here is the problem. What he is saying is NOT a consensus. All scientist do not agree with this man-mad global warming theory. Actually, very few cliamatologists and fewer astronomers agree with this. For the cliamatologists, the problem is the blanket theory. This is basicly represented by the blankets you use at night. When you use 1, another makes you warmer. If you use 20, not so much. Now imagine 1000 blankets on you. Adding another 2 blankets is not going to effect you.
