very confusing why even some pro racers tune their engine while setting all 4 wheels off the ground. On that dyno it would nearly give the same resistance as having that car on the track so it should be safe. nice lathe.

because when bench tuning it allows for a too slightly lean mixture, but when is put on the engine it brings it back to normal/race tune, doesnt work with truggys for some reason

4 strokes are used in planes etc!! these cars run on the same principle as a diesel engine,compression ignition as opposed to petrol's spark ignition!! lol

no these motors are ignited by the glow plug. you can crank a rc motor all day without a glow plug and it will never start. a diesel will, glow plugs in diesel help starting in cold conditions, a rc motor runs off the glow plug like a gas engine runs off spark plugs. diesel is high in cetane low in octane, gas and nitro fuel is high in octane and low in cetane. cetane is easily compression ignited, where as octane is spark ignition...

My nitro wonte start and it hasent got anything wrong with it, the nitro travles threw the piston and carburator and its not flooded and the spark plug is new and works fine.

Does any1 no wat to do or knows heaps about them i dont no much.

Some customer at work tonite tried telling us that you can buy a dyno for an rc for like a 100 bucks and that an air filter would add like 1 to 2 hp. What i wanna know is where can i get this magical air filter that would add 1 - 2 hp to a nitro engine lmao. Serisouly though how much was that cuz that is sick
