  • The thing about regret is that at one point in your life, it's what you wanted.

  • So many redheads...

  • Wonderful video! congratulations to the makers!

  • Water From the Same Source- Rachel's. @5:35 I love this song.

  • I found this film very touching in parts.. Yes I feel their regrets and see it in their eyes.. Live every moment but you don't always have to want to be a rock star maybe doctor teacher or astronaut ..

  • good job

  • this made me cry, somehow.

  • Incredible - so so incredible! Well done! x

  • If you look in their eyes you can see that they know what's their answer in the same moment when the question is asked, although most of them give general answers :) Great video!

  • This is a good concept. Makes us think about the past and how we missed seizing the moment or the opportunity.

The editing needs some work. As a retired video editor 2 minutes of intro, 3 minutes in to hear the question, another 50 secs of blank stares and repeating the question almost 4 minutes in to get to the point. Then almost 3 minutes of end credits and walk offs. So really only 3 minutes of meat in an 11 minute video. editing please. Do love the concept though.

  • Look at the eyes of that black man with green n yelow hat ... The eyes are hidding struggle ... btw great video !!

  • Sometimes even before things are done,we know that we will regret for the decision we will make, and we still do it..why is that? Stupid human brain..

  • good tunes!

  • Beautiful.

  • so simple and painful. really good work. drinking man was the hero here! at least he admitted to drink. he has future!

  • 5.32 Anyone seen a negative personality?

  • You got my vote man. The old man who waited to marry his love and the rough-looking guy who regretted his drinking made me break down and cry, and I'm not a man prone to emotional outbursts.

    Truly amazing work Kamil!

  • I kno this has nothin 2 do with the 'no regrets ' thing but IM FROM GALWAY!!!

  • Nice job

  • @mossyR17 God O-mighty. I can condemn too, but you wouldn't like that one xD

  • okey, start the fund and start orgenising it, otherwhise no one will.

  • don't bother with regrets

  • I watch this video from time to time now and then and I feel just as full of joy every single time. In fact I think it's the only over ten minutes long youtube video I can watch through without thinking that it's boring. It's just so beautiful.

  • If youth knew, if age could... Simple and always actual message.

  • Kamil, this is genius. very good video.

  • Soundtrack...

  • please watch me pose this question to people in asheville NC watch?v=dAKj2JzYJoo

  • mine? that ireland doesn't have a stronger immigration policy.

  • I have just found the love of my life after 24 years apart and it is wonderful ........i dont regret a thing, JE NE REGRET RIEN!! life has its ups and downs just take every day as a blessing ......

  • Where Can I Get Those Music Tracks?

    Can Any One Help!

I also like the music tracks a lot!!!

  • Galway my dear home

  • 07:16 - 07:39

this made me tear up ;'D

  • @12beanss21 Real Life True Love

  • That's is a Really good Question... Makes you think and you Realize what you have, what don't you have and why! You grow up (mature) for such eventualities you lived (good or bad)

  • Ja wiem...

  • Wow. That was painful. I feel like I invaded these people's lives. Some of these people have real pain. This wasn't right.

  • im shaun shaun SHAUN!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Noora???

  • the girl at 07:57 is gorgeous!

  • If I were a millionaire, I'd book the commercials during the superbowl and the olympics and the world cup and play these things.

The whole world needs to realize that we are all the same. Could we do that, actually? Could we raise funds across the internet? If everybody chipped in a dollar, could we get everyone else to watch it?

    Please share this.

  • @visa money won't change a thing here. time for people to realize it. first of all we have to change ourselves, to then help changing others. we can start by realizing money are worthless, it s a mean of trading goods, not a walue or a thing to judge anything by(like country growth etc). economy as we know it, should seize to exist.

  • @visa In order for more people to see it, more should share it. I've done my part....love

  • That man who waited 50 years to marry his love... <3

  • everyone has a story, and it only makes you stronger <3

  • thanks for creating & sharing this! love you!

  • Ok, I seriously lost it and starting balling my eyes out and had to run in the other room to get some tissues, but all in all, I love this video! Thanks for it (p.s. I love Ireland and cannot wait to go back)

  • My biggest regret is leaving beautiful Galway and returning to my shitty house in America. Galway will always be home :)

  • biggest regret - thinking Ian Curtis was dead yet there is is alive and well and now claiming to be from Kilkenny

  • I regret being to scared to admit aloud my true regret as i an scared of who might see. I regret being a coward!! :(

  • 2.34 well fadi..i am really sorry for u....that's why people should think twice before messing up their own lives

  • 64 now...my greatest regret...seeing short lengths of rope with no politician's necks in them!

  • @eirbiz What about the bankers that control most of those politicians?. plenty of rope for them too or at least a jail cell

  • the most amazing part is that every person on this video afterwards filming were rethinking all their life.. :)

    awesome idea, awesome video

  • Beautiful video

  • I regret never meeting the woman at 2:31.

  • 7:00 .... he cheated on his 14 yr old girlfriend ? 14 yrs old ? he had a bit of drink ? and she walked IN on him with the other woman ? .... wtf ? where did they find that fella ?

  • I'm sure they regret agreeing to appear in this.

  • 2:23 I really hate Dick Burn!!!! :P

  • omg the one at 9:16 <3 needed that one

  • Thanks for making me cry, asshole.

  • I'm looking into places to go where the citizens embrace one another and are friendlier than the ones here in the United States.

  • some of those are beautiful.

  • i miss my hometown </3

    *cue hometown glory, by adele*

  • Hmm there are a lot of Americans in this video. Interesting. I'm American myself. Galway seems really nice. Someday I will go there.

  • @Indigokitteh you should

  • 9:41 Mr. Bin?

  • The most important thing in life is to not procrastinate, do what you want quickly and have no regrets.

  • gosh, I keep coming back to this video! the simplicity of this video is very attractive! the guy at 7:40 always breaks my heart :'(

In the end, it doesn't matter who you are, where you come from, what color/religion you are... we are all humans and that alone should unite us!

  • I understand you wanting to recognize all the wonderful people that gave their time to share their feeling, it would have been nice for their recognition to come at the end. I have a friend I would like to share this with but I know he will not be patient and wait thru the first 4 min or so to appreciate the actual video. Do you still have a copy of the same video posted last year starting at the question? thank you Marybeth

  • My greatest regret is that I gave up drink at 23 and not staying off it. I started back drinking 4 years later and wasted 15 precious years before giving it up again. I never believe anyone when they say they have no regrets. We all have them and wouldn't be human if we didn't. Thanks for this piece of film. It's an interesting snap shot of the human condition.

  • Here's my regret: I wake up every morning on the wrong side of the pond from my home. I'm a lifelong Michigander who spent one semester in the UK in 2008 and it's all I can think of. I'm 29, I'm not getting any younger. I had the chance to go to the University of Limerick last year and I just gave up, I was too frightened of the change. I'm working in the bleak Michigan winter this year and it's all I needed to light a fire under me. I'm going back. I don't care what it takes. I'm going home.

  • no entiendo nada :c

  • 2:36 and the guy's voice cracking gets me every time.

Also, the old American bloke in the Notre Dame hoodie just broke my heart. I had a fairy tale story like that once but it went to shit. It's still something I nurse in my heart though, and he gave me quite a bit of hope that all things work out the way they should in the end.

  • One of the best videos on youtube

  • man, next year i'll be going to Ireland. this video just made me smile and i cant wait to be there.

  • Beautiful I love your films so inspiring!

  • simply amazaing.

  • anyone know what the background music is?? or where it comes from?

  • I just re-watched this video and as i already commented 7 comments down, it was spectacular!! :P So now i have commented twice and still commend the director for his bravery and honesty in the production of this motion picture, as Winston Churchill once said, "It is only in the depth of ones soul, where we can all eventually find the retribution we deserve" :P

  • Beautiful people ,beautiful sentiments, beautiful.....moving, sincere ....Galway. Thumbs up.

  • Great production - one of the best documentaries I even seen. Exceptional timing... You have feeling, the same as brain and talent. Just wondering how long did it take to completely produce it?

  • haha 6:16

  • Make one in more cities with this same question, this is greatness

  • Keep making this stuff , Its wonderful !!!

    Dont regret it later ?

  • I always watch this film when ever chance i get and I going to stil watching it. so emotional. Cool stuff Kamil_

  • Fairplay to the movie makers

  • this video actually made me cry. i never cry.

  • Going to Galway this summer :)

  • aż sie wzruszyłem, niesamowity filmik

  • the answer @ 10:55 is AWWWSOME!!

  • I found this very emotional to watch and hats off to the makers...nice job guys! let me know if you need a hand in future as I have similar camera equipment :)

  • I think it's SO sad that people have regrets. I understand it but personally I'm one of the few that refuse to regret in life. We have allsorts of experiences and they're good, bad or just a learning curve. Regrets to me are just a way of wasting emotion. We are here, learning all the time and, if we've any sense, appreciating the fact that we're alive still. I have a TON of things I COULD regret but what's the point?! if I hadn't experienced those times I would not have learned anything.

  • you must be really bracve and happy to say i don't have anything ti regret!!i'm 14 an di m sure i will regret for a lot!

  • I'm chilling on my seat watching this. Wonderful!

  • brilliant work, quite touching :)

  • I found this video a few months ago, and I left a comment about how I hadn't seen my father for a long time. This video was in the Recommended section when I opened Youtube earlier, and even though it doesn't really matter, I just wanted to do a, sort of, follow up. I found me dad, and heard he has lung cancer. He had a surgery and they removed one of his lungs and he is now in rehabilitation. The one above, the one in control, and whoever that is, has hopefully given him a second chance.

  • and I just wanted to say how amazing and touching film this is, and I think that everyone should see it :)

  • 10:55 is the absolute best!

  • Just...BEAUTIFUL.

  • What is the seacond song called?

  • Not only is it one of the best videos on youtube, it's set in one of the most beautiful and welcoming cities in the world-Galway. This video really brought me home and actually brought a tear to my eye. Brilliant directing and producing. It deserves more recognition than it is currently getting. Well Done

  • 9:42 Mr Bean

  • Galway <3

  • Awesome :)

  • Nice short, but cut down the intro for the final cut. You don't need shots of your camera. This short is about the people, not of your equipment.

  • Hi I'm from Algeria and I liked so much this video, thank's, gracias, merci, شكرا

  • jakie jest główne pytanie?

  • If you have no regrets, you haven't lived and lost, and I seriously doubt anyone hasn't lost a moment in their entire life that they wish they could get back. Even if it is just a small thing you would still regret it if you really thought about it. So to say that you haven't got any regrets you either haven't lived, or aren't human enough to comprehend the lost moments in your life.

  • @n0ize1 Or you simply don't regret it anymore. You've come to terms with whatever it was and you have accepted that your life is the way it is because of how you have lived. You can either appreciate that and experience your life as it unfolds, or dwell on the lost moments. To not have regret is not to accept ignorance, it is to overcome it and improve oneself.

  • @Taterbug889 Even if you still have come to terms with your past you can still feel regret if you are asked the question. Why can't you regret something that you have overcome? Just because you have doesn't mean that you wouldn't do it again if you got the chance.

  • @nady2233 what happened?

  • the lad at 7.41 died recently

  • @nady2233

    are you sure?

ive met him in dublin a few times, hes a lovely man.

i really hope thats not true..

  • Pure class. I wonder when they'll catch me when I'm off?

  • Regrets & Mistakes. They are all memories made.

  • it's just so emotional! Great work mate!

    Almost cried. MANLY TEARS

  • can't help but doubt the people who say they have no regrets, especially the woman with short grey hair! something in their eyes.

  • Kamil... świetna produkcja... Skłania do refleksji.. :)

    Pozdrawiam z Mazowsza :)

  • Watching the "regrets" video was like reading a wonderful novel on the human condition. Beautiful concept, wonderfully edited. I salute you.

  • @KezRHD :) Hahahaha. I'm a good guy. I was just trying to be funny.
