@jewishsinger613 yeah that's what i've seen. My wife's cousins are very frum and i was having this conversation with one of them and she said that she totally agreed which is why she always asked her husband if he approved of the clothes she wanted before buying them.

1) The husband doesn't tell his wife that she's not dressing tsnius
or
2) The husband is busy checking out other girls causing his wife to dress that way so he begins to take notice of her more
