@seanotube85 resonance of a reciever antenna, when created like the wardenclyffe tower the energy is theoretically every where in a resonant wave on the earth, and only is tapped by another resonant reciever antenna and so thats how you are telling the energy where to go. this is not a return wire system, it is one wire transmission meaning the energy does not need a return wire to the source, the energy pulses out and reflects off the end of the wire back to the source

yes and no. its like any experimental device not all of the factors are figured out, tesla gave alot of references so this system is safe to the surroundings but up close i will stay away till i figure out more of the voltage factors. still i am so busy right now with school so it will take a while. thanks for checking it out! this is the real use of a tesla coil, called the magnifying transmitter. of course i wont be as good as tesla because i dont have the money he did when he tested wireless

yea im only using 120 as input to the high voltage transformer, 220 should give me much more distance! this coil stays cold the whole time and even the caps and transformer. i think its to to with the size, the energy has a larger area to cover without turning into heat. thanks man for the support! 20 ft wireless transmission, i hope i can get 50 ft and maybe a mile transmission soon . thanks!

I heard a man who's been studying Tesla reported people getting shocked to death through fire hydrants and such by using the earth to conduct electricity. Wouldn't this do the same thing? Or was the guy that reported this wrong? Sorry I can't recall his name.

well the guy was doing something wrong,and giving off to much of a spectrum out of the true resonant frequency of the coil.thats why a true resonant system is extremly safe! i want a safe resonant system,i have already partially show this by having only the recieving coil taking most of the energy of the transmitter and showing that the florecent light has to be at the reciever not just in the open(in the near field it can light up though no matter the resonance,but thats only 5 ft in this case)

tesla didnt kill anyone, he did mention the horses shoes getting little bits of shocks, but this was because of a random spectrum being given off by one of his first high powered coils. once he perfected some of the resonant systems then the energy was pretty much effiecient and contained in the waves. if you read the colorado springs notes you will see this.

i just want to point out that the roger in ohio guy still was one wire transmissioning the system he shows where theres one wire going to the build from both secondarys, so truely the system is using his metal building as a wire to transport, towards the end of this video, its just the ground earth as the transmission wire!

Ill have to do some more work on my TC, im going to make a variable frequency driver, Im sure you have read of the great results tesla had when hitting different harmonics of the coil, being stuck with 60hz is limiting on what could be done . yes ! you are so correct. in the wardenclyffe tower there was a massive variable ac generator, allowing different frequency ranges, even his smaller one wire systems were high frequency generators giving different effects on the wires than we can produce with just 60 hz. we would have to build a high frequency alternator, i have never seen one sold, except just solid state 555 but then you risk burning them out at these high voltages.

Yes, you are correct and that would be nice to have one. But there is another way which tesla used himself that would be easier to make than a variable frequency generator. If you rectify the HV supply you can easily adjust the frequency by changing the spark gap or tank capacitor. Look up DC resonant charging for more info. Thats what im going to try, Roger uses this too.

YEA THE spark gap was really crapy, it was just spinning just to discharge the cap bank and something about the transformer seems weak, like a high resistance in it. its basically a coil being resonanted at a high voltage and this energy is being transported through the earth to the other coil in resonance with the outgoing energy to allow industrial energy anywhere to be tapped in this are though i have not gotten past 10 ft distance with this setup,i still got to improve, it should go a mile

see thats where things get twisted, he first wanted to reach the upper atmosphere but found that he could easily transmit energy through the earth instead of using very high towers to hit the atmosphere, they keep telling us abot the atmosphere, but reading directly from teslas work you see he was using the earth as the main source of transmission. yes you are right about the potential! very smart, tesla talks about the safety in the wardenclyffe patent,same thing you said! good job!

the wardenclyffe tower was a bit different, it utilised a flat wound coil so that the potential at the outside edges was neglible (and safe) but the potential in the middle of the coil was GREAT! that was the part that was connected to the aerial...cheers ::)
