  • lol, i remember watching this like 8 months ago. after reading convict conditioning and chaotically and furiously training all the body parts... i can do up to 20 on my left arm and 15 on the right. :D

  • i bet you do it with your shoulders tilted. It's really hard to do it with your shoulders parallel to the ground because your weight will be unevenly distributed.

  • dipente tutto dal tuo livello di forza. Se riesci a padroneggiare bene il movimento non ci sono problemi...molto più difficile quello eseguito su medicine-ball...se cerchi trovi il video
