I really like the tone you get out of your nails, i can't seem to get that with mine, is there anything extra you are doing, a certain way to cut them maybe...
Hi. I keep them as short as possible (1 mm. above the finger tip). and I polish them with sandpaper grain 1200. But I think the angel, strings, guitar and practice is mainly part of my sound.
Wonderful sound, but not jus for the guitar but your soul flowing by your hands. Beautiful piece, with all Brazilian feeling. Thank you for your music.

Wonderful sound, not just for the guitar but your soul flowing by your hands in this beautiful piece with all the Brazilian feeling... thank you for your music.
Very good quality in playing-sound (exceptionally good) and dynamics (soft and more volume). I hear you're very critical about your tone and sound. Do you often change strings Per,it's sounding nice and fresh here. Without hesitation this is the best acoustic tone I've heard on entire Youtube. Per please check out my "Strong Persuader" tell me what you think, greetings Vic.
There is nothing but benevolence residing within this piece. Absolute genius, my friend. You have no idea how much I appreciate the fact that you are keeping this type of music alive! There is something about this music that is more human than anything I have ever heard before. Brilliant! Keep it up, sir.
Thank you for yet another great piece of music, beautifully played. You are always a pleasure to listen too and also to watch. There is nothing like watching a master at his work.
Why are people talking about mistakes? As far as I can tell, this was played from the heart, and there are no mistakes in the communication of emotion via music.
I've noticed if you make a rare mistake your face doesn't show it…my cheeks blowup and exhaled air flaps my lips…even I take notice. Marie has done so much for us, bless her heart….
I like the "mistakes" as it makes the playing more natural. To misquote Chuck Berry. "If you play a note wrong do it twice and the audience thinks it's intentional" Great stuff as usual. Thanks.
@AndanteLargo haha I did that exactly during one performance of Concierto De Aranjuez Adagio .... i just did a slide on that wrong note with the right note....
Well welcome back, *again*, you vagabond cruiser and carouser! You captured the choro beautifully, from the melancholy lament to the lilting, nearly jazzy "happy dance." I love it!
