After this one they need to stop building new skyscraers and start rejuvinating old buildings. Some of them are so ugly and could do with renevating or even replacing and pretty much every building in London could use a clean. They look grey and dirty from all the rain

Actually it will be the tallest in Europe. When experts measure buildings, they encomass the mast as part of the overall measurment. And that will make the Shard taller than the Eiffel tower.
