Awww, you didn't mention Micro Mutants. It's by far the best dexterity based game I've played. The only thing is that you need a somewhat soft surface (fold a table cloth etc.) so the bugs can flip properly. It's basically a war game where 4 players compete for microscopic domination! (The Usarthropods,Sovietoptera, Flyborgs and Chtinians). Each army has different bugs, each with different abilities that usually activate when they fall on their flip side.Tons of Fun.
as a DIY bloke with a damn good sander. i should bloody make one of those cool things. if i do i'll post a pic on BGG, so you can see how clever (or otherwise) i was.
Tumblin Dice is much more fun than you make it out to be. It has been a real HIT with EVERYONE I've introduced it to. It also levels the playing field for players of different abilities, and is better for casual play than Crokinole, where inferior players will always get burned by better players. Crokinole is a great game though, for sure.
Great video, and a nice overview of many cool games. My favorite dexterity game is probably Animal Upon Animal and its Duel variant. Sorry! Sliders is could be recommended as a poor man's Crokinole and you can score it for about $20 at your local Walmart.
@eviltofutube Carrom is pretty neat, but I don't have a board so I couldn't film it. Also, I'm immediately wary of a game in which one player can completely dominate for the entire round, like in Billiards. Look up the "White Slam".
Dexterity games - I love 'em. Thanks for putting together a great summary. Catacombs is excellent fun, shame you didnt get a copy to review. Agree about Crokinole too - everyone I play gets hooked.

We play it such that the player who goes second adjusts the pieces. :P More challenging this way.

Do a search for Carrom! It's very popular in SE Asia.
