Well not all buses will have those things. For all new buses yes they will. It will say stop requested without the bell ringing.

I have been in 1 that did that on the M15LTD. So there is 1 that does say stop requested w/o the sign (at least on a New Flyer Artic, IDK about a RTS from 126 having 1)
