It's all about timing on the last block. So far, I've won 4 times. An iPod Touch, PSP, Wii, and yesterday, a GPS. I have to admit, it does skip once in a while. I've read the online version of the owners manual, and it talks about the owner being able to set a win ratio. It also states that based on a players skill, win amounts may vary.
