Deron(vocals/guitar/bass) and Jess(drums) have been playing music since before high school and then met each other in Algebra class and started jammin. I can't say about Chad(guitars) or Matt(bass) and for music theory, Matt knows a good chunk because he went to a music school. Deron is a Metal maniac, particularly old school thrash. Chad like alot of punk rock/in your face stuff (i.e. GG Allen). Jess im not too sure, same with Matt. Hope that helps some.
