thanks for the comment, i'm glad that you have enjoyed the video, about the altitude over the downtown area, is about 4000 feet to almost sea level at the runway elevation.

en realidad son videos que tomo para mis archivos personales pero al igual que muchas fotos que tengo quise compartirlos con la demas gente asi resulta facil explicar que es lo que hago y que ademas disfruto mucho, volar.

yes i did but with a clearence for a visual the atc (air traffic controllers issues clearence for visuals when the visibility is more than 6 miles, for us is more easy to give the aircraft to the autopilot and at some feets above the ground take over and land, that's why we did an ils even when the conditios were for a visual.

rejected take off, en espa;ol despegue abortado, es cuando antes de cierta velocidad, en cada despegue es distinta en funcion del peso, y llamada v1 (v/uno), si ocurre una falla estamos en posibilidad de parar el avion aun sobre la pista, si decidimos abortar despues de esa velocidad muy probablemente pararemos

fuera del aeropuerto, en resumen RTO significa despegue abortado o no ejecutado, y debera hacerse siempre antes de llegar a v-uno que siempre es diferente para cada despegue y siempre esta en funcion del peso del avion en ese momento.
