Lol I think we met the person you might be speaking of this week. The vibes this person gave off totally ruined the whole experience for us. Food was good though but we were uncomfortable and should have just walked out.
LMFAO!!!!....y u gotta go off on my weed smokin neo-soul'ers....there's nothing wrong with weed smokers (as a weed smoker)...that girl was just an idiot...lmfao. I mean...honeslty...if a customer called and I didn't know the information that a customer wanted...why not say..."Hold on one second and let me find someone to answer your questions, ok?"...I mean...thats just...common sense...but anyway....yeah. and that girl should have been shot for sayin the word "karma" hahahahaha!
ya know I just now realized, I think it's a sad case for many business, but in the end, it seems only the owner's care enough to try and give the customers the respect they deserve, this is very telling of how employees seem to not realize that the money they put in their pockets come from the very people they ditch on the phone and whatnots.

I am new to the ATL and I have had way to many experiences with Chicks like that to have only been here for 2 months. How do you deal with it. I can't anything done over the phone here. You go in the store and speak to someone live and its a whole different story. Do people have a habit of hiring there not so bright family members that can't get a job else where? Is that what it is?
Your videos are killing me! LOL! I used to manage a Chipotle in NYC and totally agree with you on these. I wish customers would approach me more and tell me what was unsatisfactory at the moment it occurred and not weeks later when corporate got the email and THEN would send it to me.
Now, as for Good Customer Service when doing video blogs, the answering of the cell phone's sorta sketchy. ;-) J/K LOL! Would love to see a video of your granny!!

Don't mind me - My homegirl is a makeup artist, and has bulldogged me into trying all these different mascaras, so for the past 3 months, I've been obsessed with everyones lashes. I decided I can't afford to be buying up MAC's lashes, so I bought a bunch of others that I haven't used yet, only to be floored by a when someone thought I had on some falsies and I only had on mascara. Ain't that some ish?
I love the way u tell stories I didn't even mind waiting tell you got off the phone with grandma.
oh yeah no disrespect but big up to grand ma being 91, my mom passed away at 55 so for her to be 91 thats a good thing, treasure every moment with her and all your family, ( not saying that u don't but since I lost my mom I just like to remind people that there is no time like the present). peace.cool vid
